Fund Manager
TAIB Asset Management Company E.C. is the investment manager
to the Fund (the 'Investment Manager'). The Investment Manager
will be responsible for the selection of Sub-Investment Managers
and funds/mutual funds to which the assets of the Fund will
be allocated. The Investment Manager has a team that has considerable
experience in managing funds through specialist external fund
managers, and is dedicated to maximizing opportunities for
clients globally. Its extensive knowledge and expertise in
financial markets gives it an in-depth understanding of fund
investment and risk management processes. Over time, it has
developed a stringent manager selection criteria, which includes
a detailed operational due diligence and is supplemented by
a prudent risk-management discipline.
