About TAIB India

TAIB Bank realized the significance of India's potential growth in the early 90's. Sensing that investments in India at that stage could reap considerable benefits in the future, in 1995 TAIB Bank was the first institution from the Gulf to register in India as a Foreign Financial Investor. Since then TAIB has always been active in the Indian market.

To increase its India focus, TAIB Bank set up its subsidiary, TAIB Capital Corporation Ltd. (TCCL) in 1995. TCCL offers wealth management, corporate finance services and advisory services.

TCCL also offers advisory wealth management services to clients of TAIB Securities Mauritius (TSML) who are new to the Indian market and want the advice of experts in portfolio building. TSML is a broad based fund registered in Mauritius which mobilizes funds from international investors for investment into equity markets. TAIB Bank B.S.C. (c) has an India-dedicated mutual fund called Everest Fund, developed for retail overseas investors. The Everest Fund is managed on 'Fund-of-Funds' concept internationally with advisory services provided by TCCL. TAIB India provides the required assistance to TSML and the Everest Fund for their investment into Indian markets.
