Dr. Prakash Challa:
	Dr. Prakash Challa is the CEO of Nipuna Services Ltd, a division of Satyam. Challa is responsible for building Nipuna as one of the top providers of end-to-end BPO services to various industry sectors globally. He is based in Atlanta , US. Before joining Nipuna, Challa was with Satyam as senior vice president in the global solutions group. Prior to that, he held several senior management positions in the information technology industry in India , and US. He was with IMR Global / CGI in US since 1993. Challa started his career with Wipro Information Technology in 1985.
He later joined Tata Consultancy Services and held numerous leadership positions in Quality, Information Systems and Technology Planning groups. Dr. Challa has a PhD in Software Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur , India .
	Mr. Ahmed Ali Ashadawi
	Mr. Ahmed Ali Ashadawi is the President and CEO, Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Company , and the Director of Al Khaleej companies in the Eastern Province . He is also the founder, Owner and Director of several companies in IT and Engineering, and has thus built a Network of leading IT and Communications solution providers in the region for over three decades.
Mr. Ashadawi has over 40 Years of technical experience in IT field, managing from Medium-to-Large scale data processing application systems for Oil Industry, Construction and Higher Education. Ahmed Ashadawi is the Chairman of Saudi Computer Society, and Board Member of several professional Institutions in Management, Health and Human Resources in the Eastern Province . Ahmed Ali Ashadawi is a B.Sc. in Business Data Processing, Ferris State University , Michigan , U.S.A. (1973), and awarded the President's program of Leadership, awarded by the prestigious Harvard Business Graduate School exclusively for World Presidents Organization and Chief Executives Organization.
	Professor D. Ashok:
	D Ashok, is a faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore . Prior to this, he was a Partner in the Business Consulting Services of IBM Global Services, Bangalore and led the Supply Chain Management practice. Ashok (or Dash as he is popularly known) joined Tata Burroughs Limited in 1980. Later worked with A F Ferguson & Company, started the erstwhile Coopers & Lybrand's Bangalore office in Jan 1992, which merged with Price Waterhouse, and subsequently IBM.
He has 23 years of experience in Management and IT consultancy covering areas such as IT strategy, business process re-engineering, implementation, Software development and training. He specialises in assisting companies in exploiting the power of Processes and Technology to solve business problems.
Prof. D Ashok or DASH as he is popularly called, has published papers and articles in the Management Review, Business World, Business Today, Business India, Dataquest and daily newspapers such as Business Line, Times of India and Economic Times. He is an avid Public speaker, and on the Advisory Boards of several institutions. His articles appeared under the column Dash Board in CIO Magazine. Ashok is a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and Master of Business Administration from IIM, Bangalore . Dash is an active Rotarian and plays Golf, Tennis and Cricket. His wife is a very senior Finance Executive, his daughter recently graduated from Wharton , USA and works in Goldman Sachs, NY. He also has a 13 year old son.
	Mr. Michael Penner
	Michael Penner - Vice-President, Corporate Development Mr. Penner is responsible for corporate financing and strategy, creating and maintaining strategic alliances, and business development activities. Before joining fSONA in December 1999, Mr. Penner was co-founder of a transportation equipment manufacturing firm where he served as the chief financial officer and vice president of finance.
During his tenure with that company, Mr. Penner helped lead the company's expansion as it acquired three equipment manufacturing companies and opened branch offices throughout North America . Mr. Penner is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research.
	Hans E.W. Hoffman
	Mr. Hans E.W. Hoffmann is the Director of Orbcomm, Inc and Orbcomm Europe. He has 35 years of Executive Management and International Experience in Aeronautical, Space Engineering and Satellite Communications He has formerly served as President of STN Atlas Elektronik GmbH, a 5200 person German corporation that manufactures products for aerospace, navy equipment and military markets.
Held a number of executive management positions with responsibility for technological development and integration of high profile satellite and space launch programs including Spacelab, ARIANE and HELIOS. He has been presented with numerous awards including Aviation Week's Man of the Year Award for creating INTOSPACE, International Academy of Astronautics' Engineering Science Award and French Government's Ordre National du Merit. 	Mr. Robert Andrews :
	Robert Andrews is Chairman and founder of Andronics, Ltd., a subsidiary of ORBCOMM Europe. Andronics provides cost-effective, innovative global asset tracking, monitoring and control solutions for Gas, Marine, Electricity, Environmental, Vehicle Management and Waste Water Management. Prior to founding Andronics in 1996, Robert was the owner/founder of Ireland 's largest independent electronic security, PMH Electronics, which was established in 1978 and sold to ADT Fire & Security PLC in 1998.
From 1968 to 1978, Robert worked with Lockheed and Plessey Radar in Middle East and Europe as a design & maintenance engineer for Radar surveillance systems.
